Top Tips

 
  • At the time you place your bid you will be given your position in the queue, however, this will change during the week as other applicants also bid and after auto bids are placed. At the end of the bidding week you can log back on and see your final position in the shortlist.
     
  • You will only be able to bid on properties being advertise for your category i.e. the homeless, waiting list or transfer category.
     
  • Please read the advert carefully to check you meet the property criteria.
     
  • If you have rent arrears you will be over looked, so please ensure your rent account is up to date.
     
  • We will only know the outcome of the shortlisting on a Thursday or Friday and we will only contact the successfully applicant.  
     
  • We would ask that you to refrain from phoning the Housing Needs Officer as this will delay the officer processing applications. Please email your enquiry to housing@epsom-ewell.gov.uk
