Supporting documents and ID

Documentation & ID

To enable us to accurately assess your application you must provide Housing Services with the documents from each of the categories listed below within 14 days of submitting your on-line application.

The date the documents are received by us will be the date we use as your registration date. We cannot process your application without this information and if we do not receive the documents your application will be cancelled.

Documents can now be uploaded on the Homechoice website - www.eebc-homechoice.org.uk – either as part of your social housing application or by using Upload/ Review Documents" link on your account page. This is the quickest and easiest option.

Documents can also be sent to Housing Services, Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, The Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5BY or hand delivered to the Town Hall letter box. Original documents will be returned by 2nd class post unless they are ID, for examples passports, which well be returned by recorded delivery.

Copies or screen shots of documents are acceptable however we will still need to see an original version of your photo identification and any relevant immigration status documents at your annual renewal each year and if nominated for a property.
